HOW IT WORKS
ONE ORDER. ONE MISSION.
Each qualifying paid order you complete counts as one Flavor Mission — regardless of how many items are in it. Missions stack as you shop, moving you through the Command Ranks toward member rewards and exclusive access.

PLACE A QUALIFYING ORDER
Any eligible paid Kernel Kravingz order counts as one Flavor Mission. One order equals one mission, whether you order one bag or ten.

MISSION LOGGED
Qualifying purchases build your mission count as you progress through Flavor Command. Missions do not expire, but a mission may be removed if its qualifying order is canceled or fully refunded.

RISE THROUGH THE RANKS
Reach 1, 3, 6, and 10 completed missions to advance through the Command Ranks and unlock new rewards and member access.

Complete Flavor Missions to advance through four Command Ranks. Your completed mission count determines your current rank.
1 MISSION
RECRUIT
Your first qualifying order earns Recruit status and begins your Command Rank progression.
3 MISSIONS
SQUAD LEADER
Complete three qualifying missions to advance beyond Recruit and earn Squad Leader status.
6 MISSIONS
COMMANDER
Reach six completed missions to enter Commander status and move deeper into Flavor Command.
10 MISSIONS
FLAVOR GENERAL
Complete ten missions to reach Flavor General — the highest Command Rank.

Rank milestones come with their own rewards and access. Unless otherwise stated, each milestone reward is issued once when you first reach that rank.

Recruit Status Unlocked
Your first qualifying order earns Recruit status and officially begins your Command Rank progression.

SQUAD LEADER
3 MISSIONS

COMMANDER

Four simple rules that keep your Flavor Mission progression clear and consistent.
MISSIONS DON'T EXPIRE
Completed Flavor Missions remain on your progression unless the qualifying order is canceled or fully refunded.
ONE ORDER = ONE MISSION
Buying more items in a single order does not create additional missions. Each qualifying order counts as exactly one mission.
KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT CONNECTED
Use the same customer email and profile when shopping online or in person so qualifying purchases can be associated correctly.
RANKS ARE CUMULATIVE
There is no annual reset. Your qualifying mission total continues building toward the next Command Rank until you reach Flavor General.

WHAT IS A FLAVOR MISSION?
One qualifying paid Kernel Kravingz order counts as one Flavor Mission, regardless of how many qualifying items are included in that order.
DO FLAVOR MISSIONS EXPIRE?
No. Your completed Flavor Missions are cumulative and do not expire. A mission may be removed if its qualifying order is canceled or fully refunded.
DO DISCOUNTED ORDERS COUNT?
Yes. A discounted order can still count as a Flavor Mission as long as qualifying Kernel Kravingz merchandise is purchased.
WHAT IF I PARTIALLY REFUND AN ORDER?
The mission can remain if you keep qualifying merchandise from the order. Fully refunded orders do not count toward your mission total.
DO IN-PERSON PURCHASES COUNT?
Yes, when the purchase is associated with your customer profile. Use the same email when shopping online and in person so your qualifying purchases can be connected correctly.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REACH FLAVOR GENERAL?
Flavor General is the highest Command Rank. Your rank does not reset annually, and Flavor General perks and opportunities may continue to evolve as Flavor Command Club grows.
